The weekend of July 1st will be the launchpad for Cincinnati, Ohio’s inaugural FREE music and arts festival, Paradise on the Point. Located on the Ohio River at Sawyer Point and sponsored by SweetWater Brewing Company, this celebration of music, art, food and drink already has a stellar lineup.
Spearheaded by the beautiful sounds of Emancipator, glitch-hop and future funk connoisseur Manic Focus, festival veteran Keller Williams, and jam/fusion band Pink Talking Fish amongst many other local and yet-to-be-announced bands, this will be a weekend for the books and one you will not want to miss. The gates open at 4pm on Friday July 1st, and on at 1pm on Saturday, July 2 with a myriad of local vendors and art installations and much more.
Brought to Cincy by the good folks at Essential Productions (the brains behind such Ohio staples as Paradise and the upoming Resonance festivals), this admission free event will hopefully become a staple of the summer festival schedule.
