We are excited to announce the official David Starfire remix contest! David Starfire is known for his remixes and now is your chance to remix one of his songs from his latest album Ascend.  The song “House of Bhangra” features vocals by Afrika Bambaataa, the “Godfather of Hip Hop”, who produced the hit “Planet Rock” and many other classics and the song was also co written by Desert Dwellers. Three contest winners will receive tons of incredible prizes and the winning remix will appear on the official ASCEND remix album on  Six Degrees Records along with Gaudi, Kalya Scintilla, Govinda, Paul Basic, Whitebear and others.

Judging will be by fans votes, David Starfire and a panel of music industry experts that include Six Degrees Records, Madero Group Artist Management, Banjos to Beats booking agency and Desert Dwellers. We have teamed up with Spotlight.fm for this promotion and voting runs from from Oct 30-Nov 23 and winner will be announced on Nov 26th.
