The confluence of jam and electronic scenes once again converges in central Ohio late this summer. The Werk Out Festival returns to Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio from August 3-5, and expectations have been met and surpassed with the initial lineup.

Three major acts at the cutting-edge of electronic instrumental fusion join The Werks atop of their festival bill. Festival circuit favorites Gramatik, The Floozies, and Emancipator set the tone for what this lineup and subsequent phases have in store.

Fan favorites and frequent collaborators of The Werks, Dopapod will be performing two nights, and will once again Voltron their way into an arrangement with the festival hosts to form Twerkapod and perform another tribute to the 90's.

Three more jamtronica acts take the stage, as well, with Future Rock, Zoogma, and SunSquabi joining the bill. More jam and funk acts decorate this lineup that, as always, is heavy on the instruments, but not light on the bass and late-night throwdowns we love.
