We've been watching Michael Pipitone hone his "electronic death metal" from afar, but today, this Philadelphian brings his in-your-face bass to our doorstep with his brand new tune. Joining forces with IMPOSSIBLE RECORDS chief KJ SAWKA, we get a taste of the new Architekt EP Deadly Styles from the hard-hitting title track.

Cutting his teeth in the Philly metal and punk scene, Pipitone brings the heavy sounds of of the rock world into the dubstep scene with pounds and pounds of unrelenting bass. When you add quite possibly the most prolific D&B and dubstep MC into the mix in the form of legendary mic operative Messinian, you have a recipe for an unstoppable subsonic combo. "Deadly Styles" packs in the bass blasts, while rocketing the tempo into earth-rattling BPM's. This is a straight up monster.

Architekt will bring his Deadly Styles tour to Pittsburgh this Friday (May 27), and then continues to add dates throughout the summer. KJ SAWKA heads to Infrasound next weekend, and the always in demand Messinian continues his vocal domination of the scene. Fans can snag the Deadly Styles EP next month on Impossible.
