You know the homie Geoff Reich always comes correct. Sounds like Bamboo Bass Festival does, too. The subtropical bass music festival, which returns to Jaco, Costa Rica from February 17-19 is giving Stylust Beats the keys to La Selva Stage on the Sunday of that weekend, and letting him rev it into hyperdrive for a Sleeveless Records takeover.
Anchoring the stage will be dubstep legends TRUTH, high-flying trapster BUKU, and of course Stylust Beats, himself. You'll also get to catch Sleeveless act Pigeon Hole, Costa Rican native JLEON, and up-and-comer Kowta, among others.
The Canadian producer now based in LA always has his ear to the ground for the new talent, and he's got a stable of hot acts to unleash on Bamboo fans this year. One of which is Shlump, a.k.a. a sure thing to be one of the biggest breakout acts of the year, as well as ConRank, who is making moves on the international scene.
The rest of the Bamboo Bass Festival is looking pretty fire, too, with Space Jesus, ill.Gates vs KJ SAWKA, ill-esha, Psymbionic, Mala, Ekali, and so many more of The Untz's fave low end auteurs.
Tickets are on-sale now and all the details can be found online at bamboobassfestival.com, where you can also find out about travel packages, live art, and all the updates you need.
