Ever prolific, it wouldn't be Friday without a brand new banger from
Wick-it the Instigator. Trying to chase away the Halloween hangover with a cocktail or two? Then you're about to "Feel It." Wick-it has the feel of Timbaland secretly making a record for Suge Knight in 1992 with his intro, but by the time the drop comes around, it's straight up Optimus Prime making a movie for Michael Bay. Big, loud, and eventually fast and furious, Wick-it has been releasing a couple of transitional tracks for DJs looking to mix up their sets. And while DJs are getting some love, other producers should take notice. Take a second to listen to how crisp the production is, from the drums to those fierce wobbles. Everything is clean, separated by frequency, and if Top 40 was cool and interesting, this cut would be radio-ready with hooks flying all over the place. And you thought school was out for the weekend.
