Wick-it The Instigator piles everything he loves into "He Gets Wick-it": bass, soaring guitar licks, scratching, and of course, airhorns. With a tune as irreverent as the artwork for his forthcoming EP, No Ragrets, Owsley demonstrates he's still got it, and there's plenty more to come!
