4. RL Grime & What So Not - Tell Me
"Tell Me" feels like the audio equivalent of the sequel to What So Not's monster hit of 2013, "Jaguar." A feminine vocal calling out the hook, and big, brassy synths scoring the drop. All with an RL Grime twist.
3. Baauer - Clang
Hopefully 2013 demonstrated that Baauer could not be considered a one-hit wonder. The genius of Harry Rodrigues is so evident in the subtleties of "Clang." This one is special.
2. Wave Racer - Streamers
Wave Racer totally crushed 2014. In an Aussie-dominated world, he went back to 1996 and fed acid to your Sega Saturn. This makes for a far better soundtrack to Virtua Fighter, FYI. More music should sound like a tropical island from a cereal commercial.
