For his latest project, Freekbass hooked up with national DMC DJ champion and longtime collaborator Tobotious. After successfully producing and touring together in 2008, the duo reunited in 2010 to pen the Notre Dame theme song, "We Are ND." The combo calls themselves FREEKBOT they spent this past summer criss-crossing the country with stops at festivals far and wide. "The Blox" produced by Freekbot, is a previously unreleased track that brings that signature bounce. Blending genres left and right, the pair fuses the lockstep hip-hop and chattering drums of Tobotius' tables and gear with the thunderous low-end power for which Freek is known. We are bringing you this barn-storming track a full two months before it hits virtual shelves in February of next year, on the album I Tobot.
