Here’s something from left field that will undoubtedly send you on a mental voyage. David Block, aka
The Human Eperience, recently released an incredible album boasting 16 fully remixed tracks;
aptly titled Remixes Vol 1. A couple weeks back Block dropped two tracks from the album, one being Phutureprimitve’s now legendary remix of “Dusted Compass,” and more recently Kalya Scintilla’s Sacred Remix of “Ritual.” If you liked them both you’re definitely in for a treat.
Each track provides a different vibe, and can be enjoyed in any setting … except maybe getting
pumped up to play football. They’re chill and full of life, some hitting your chest more than others. There isn’t one remix on the album that I feel doesn’t belong. It’s literally a bit of flavor from every style,
with instruments and sounds found in types of music from all over the world. If you come across a track that doesn’t start out in a way you would normally find appealing … hang in there, I’m sure it will kick in.
This album is definitely not something you want
to wait around to download. Get it now and be prepared to experience the true potential of human creativity.
