Berkeley, CA-based Stephen Burke aka Siren. Since about 2012 Burke has been pushing the barriers of electronic music and challenging the typical “EDM” sound with glitch-heavy bass lines, versatile vocals, and timely work with the ol' synthesizer. With this combination Burke seems to have created a sound all his own.

His latest track, "Beneath A Cloudy Sky," is another chaotically beautiful adventure into the mind of Mr. Burke. Ambient noises dominate the intro before taking a more techno turn. Enter glitch, bass, and vocals. The back half of this song sounds like a Sound Remedy, Seven Lions, and Glitch Mob collaboration, it is so complex. Burke combines so many elements of electronic music and still makes sure to show off those piano skills too of course. Stephen has been a pianist since 11 and that coupled with his obvious robust taste in music creates a dangerous combination that should continue to sweep the charts across the nation.
