Since the early-to-mid 2000's, Joe Ray and Daniel Stephens have been producing and spinning in the underground clubs and studios of the UK. Thanks to the rise in prominence of dubstep in both Britain and the United States, the production wizardry of Nero has been recognized for its delicate, symphonic precision and breathtaking bass blasts. Back in August, the accelerated career of Nero culminated in a headlining slot on this year's inaugural Identity Fest tour and a major crossover hit with their debut full-length album Welcome Reality.
Nero just released another single from the breakout album, a track with a slightly different sound and vibe than their previous singles. "Reaching Out" features the vocal stylings of Daryl Hall, a member of another seminal duo: Hall & Oates. The single also features remixes from a slew of artists including Untz favorite and fellow Identity Fest tourmate Booka Shade. The single is available now at all major online music retailers.
