Here is something you don’t hear every day: Boston-based producer HEISS bringing together an impressive cast of artists for the brand new track “Ride Again” featuring the stellar verses of Mr. Lif.

Frank Heiss has been at it a long time, producing, creating under different names but always with the same intention. Design through growth and transfiguration. This track in particular is not what you would expect but seems to deliver the message in clear and unique fashion. Mr. Lif never fails to flow his lines impeccably. The verses weave together a message of redemption and integrity, aimed at illuminating the necessity of making mistakes along this path we all wander. On top of the care-free flow, the folktronica feels are provided by Buddy Cage on pedal steel, Mike Clark on drums, Mauro Refosco on percussion, and banjo courtesy of Dan Whitener.
