Global Dance just released its initial lineup for Global Dub Festival, and even though it had been teased for months, Ganja White Night fans were thrilled to see their favorite act's name at the top of the heap, alongside returning headliner ZOMBOY.
The Belgian dubstep duo has been on a tear, of late, wrapping up a huge fall tour before diving right into preparations for their biggest run yet this spring to coincide with a new album. The Origins Tour kicks off in February with special guests CASPA, OPIUO, Downlink, Dirt Monkey, and Subtronics.
Speaking of the SubCarbon family, Boogie T and SQUNTO will throw down a back-to-back set as part of this annual Global Dub event. Each spring, the promoters of the event bring massive dubstep artists to the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado for a thunderous sonic melee attack. It is the companion festival to Global Dance Festival, which used to also take place at Red Rocks, but moved to two nights at Sports Authority Field in the heart of downtown Denver this year with a massive, blowout lineup. The same team is also behind Decadence, one of the country's biggest New Year's Eve events, which will be bringing EDM superstars to the downtown convention center for two nights at the end of the month.
This coming year's occurence of Global Dub Festival on May 12th also features dubstep standbys Eptic, AFK, and Spock. More artists will be announced in the coming months. Fans can head to www.globaldubfestival.com to snag their tickets and get much more information for this summer's show.
