L.A. native TOKiMONSTA (Jennifer Lee) has been a big name on the West Coast with her fresh and unique sounds, stemming from a classical piano background and into something much more new and exciting. From the LA Times to Pitchfork, and a smattering of high-end radio show including Mary Anne Hobbs’ BBC program, TOKiMONSTA has been featured on many platforms, and Camp Bisco X is the place for her popularity to ratchet up even higher.

Lee’s ability to craft intricate soundscapes is one of her greatest asset. With her remix of Telepopmuzik’s “Breathe” (“Breathe on my Contacts”), TOKiMONSTA slows it down with a heavy, intricate beat and echoing vocals from the song, creating an intensely ambient feel to the delight of SoundCloud members. Her set at Bisco promises to blow away the crowd with her attention to detail and her complex array of sounds.
