Anticipation builds for the latest incarnation of Art Outside, which returns to Apache Pass in Downtown, TX from October 22-25.
With a grand unveiling, noted British producer Bonobo joins the lineup, performing a lush DJ set as part of the proceedings. Making his US festival debut, Frameworks, whom we introduced to fans a couple months back, is also on the lineup. Also a downtempo and hip-hop producer from the UK, Matt Brewer's trip to Texas is drawing major attention.
Also added in Wave 3 are TAUK, Chali 2na & the House of Vibe, D.V.S*, Blunt Force, Collidoscope, and a number of favorite regional and local acts.
These acts join BoomBox, Bluetech, Gaudi, Lettuce, Michal Menert, Greensky Bluegrass, The New Mastersounds, Nominus, Sixis, Kalya Scintilla & Eve Olution, Birds of Paradise, Exmag, Freddy Todd, Abakus, Vibe Street, and Haywyre, among others.
Art Seen Alliance doesn't just get the best music, though, it is a feast for the eyes with all the installations, performance artists, and wild visual media of all stripes. Check out our colorful slideshow from last year.
3-day Tier 2 passes are still on sale until 7/2 at the ridiculously low price of $119. Throw in the Thursday pre-party with a 4-day pass, and you're looking at only $139. It's kind of insane for a festival of this magnitude. You can also get your enhanced experience Monarch passes, as well as RV and car camping passes at artoutside.org/tickets.
