One of rap's biggest breakout stars of 2016 gets a makeover from another newcomer to the scene. Jeff Blair's new Mood. project jumps on our radar with a bootleg of Young M.A.'s “OOOUUU” which became a viral success last summer.

A gritty, almost metal reworking blends elements of underground bass with squealing synths and a no-fucks-given attitude. It's a perfect post-modern mash-up for our current state of affairs in the country. It's glad to be mad. Mastering duties are performed by none other than Jade Cicada, who's been blowing up quite a bit, himself.
