Returning to northern California early next month is the "small festival with a big heart." Trinity River Jamboree hits Junction City Park in Junction City, CA from August 7-9, and brings with it the high-flying excitement of a massive music lineup with the multi-generational fun of a small-town event.

We're not even going to mention the lineup, yet, because this one-of-a-kind festival is about much more than that. Now in its third year, the event hosts two stages, as well as a Silent Disco from HUSH Silent Systems that goes late into the night. The main stage features a premium VOID soundsystem, and you're going to find a ton of different types of acts, from electronic to reggae to indie to jam occupying thosee spots.

Those dog days of summer get hot, and the best way to cool down is a float down the Trinity River. Stay cool in the shade with organic food and plenty of treed camping in the family friendly confines of a festival that caps out at 1000. That's a super intimate spot to enjoy some music and fun without long lines, crazy parking and mile-long hikes to the venue. Skip the hassle!
