2015 treated this duo from Paris very well. After releasing their ‘Electric City’ EP through All Good Records, they embarked on their first American tour. Soon after they released this future bass mind bender with a music video that used fan’s comments on Soundcloud. It would later be shortlisted at the UK Music Video Awards in the Best Interactive Video category.
Jai Wolf literally tweeted a remix at Skrillex and became famous. The little attention he gained from the electronic mogul was all he needed. He proceeded to impress all future bass enthusiasts with beautiful tracks such as this.
2015 was Big Wild's big coming out party. "Aftergold" has shown up everywhere, and for good reason. It's one of the feel good hits of the year, and helped to blow open Odesza's Foreign Family Collective (even though we knew everything they put out was going to be good, just like the previous selection). There's no reason for Big Wild to continue his big successes into 2016.
2. SoySauce ft. Joni Fatora - Broken Record (Louis The Child Remix)
These two high schoolers from Chicago felt their time in school was over after receiving millions of plays and opening for Kaskade. They are currently booked for Firefly, Snowglobe, and a lifelong musical journey that has already drastically changed their lives.
