Some people say, "Electronic music ain't got no soul!" but those kind of people haven't heard anything like the beautifully lush, blooming bass music from producers Phutureprimitive and ill-esha, who will be kicking-off their tandem tour this April, brought to you by yours truly: The Untz! This decadent pairing will be serving up beats in twenty different locations, coast to coast from New York, NY to Santa Barbara CA in just under a month.
Phutureprimitive is omnipresent on hand bills these days, and he shows no signs of stopping. The main course for this round of shows will feature tracks from forthcoming album, Searching for Beauty in the Darkest Places, a pan-emotional palette with delectable, heart-warming, chest-buzzing vibrations. This is a 2 part album with the first half dropping in April and the second half in the Fall. Check out this luxurious remix of an old classic for a yummy sampling from this Portland native...
ill-esha, a multi-talented musical goddess, joins in the fun with a hip-hop infused flavor, sampling familiar artists like Brandy and her Canadian comrades, The Weeknd. This tasteful dubstep siren will beckon you into a sea of bass, performing yet-to-be-released tracks from her upcoming album Whiplash Recovery. To get a taste of what to expect, take a listen to a buzzed about previous release...
The Phutureprimitive and ill-esha dual album release tour will kick off April 3rd in Raleigh, NC, make a quick visit to CA and hop back over to wrap things up in Durango, CO on April 27th. We hope to see you there layin' it down on the dance floor.
