SONIC BLOOM is approaching quickly, hurtling towards its alignment with the Summer Solstice June 18-21.
Spring is here with summer steadily creeping in, and Bloom is reiterating the effervescence with its third wave lineup, solidifying what might be the headiest festival of the year. This year the festival inaugurates a new site at the gorgeous Hummingbird Ranch in Rye, CO complete with a bubbling creek that flows right through the site.
This exhilarating lineup is dominated by huge names in the psychedelic music scene. STS9, the maestro himself, Shpongle, Emancipator, Random Rab, Phuturprimitive, Bluetech, Thriftworks, Kalya Scintilla & Eve Olution, Desert Dwellers, and Manic Focus, among others.
The third wave of acts includes Half Color (Michal Menert & Paul Basic), Mikey Thunder, Xerephine, DJ Dragonfly, Michael Garfield, Templo, Atomic Reactor, Stone Soul, Orphic, Kruza Kid, Mass Relay, DJ Synergy, G.O.A., Thanom, Ind33p, Iant., Messengers of Secrets, and The Untz Challenge winners Mass Relay and Orphic.
The weekend will be bursting with mind-expanding energy. Yoga, performance art, and workshops are a staple at Sonic Bloom. An exciting workshop led by Gravity Glue, will unlock the mysteries of incredible rock creations. The group will also be creating mystifying sculptures amongst the grounds along with many other art installations supplied by plethora of curators.
