It's been little more than two weeks since Plunkie's Wonderworld EP dropped on Connector Presents (check out The Untz premiere of "Gravitron"), and the madman is already back in the studio. Springfield, Missouri's Ryan Plunkett decided to put a trap twist on the Skrillex and Damian Marley tune "Make It Bun Dem." Jr. Gong has always been a favorite of bass producers when finding that right island sound for the 'step, but Skrillex went one further and produced a whopper of a track that smashed the higher frequency wobbles like Flux Pavilion. Plunkie took the track a step further, shattering the rhythms and restructuring them to incorporate some snare rolls and hi-hat work. Still has high-powered and heavy-hitting as the original, the cut is reworked for today's hip-hop hungry fans.
