Make no mistake, 2017 was a huge year for our blossoming brotherhood with the Wormhole Music Group. They blessed us with some incredible tunes all year long, and joined us at The Untz Festival for some delightfully twisted late nights.

As such, it's only right we kick off the year with a brand new tune from Secret Recipe, one of the brilliant heads of the Wormhole, and a talented producer and performer in his own right.

On January 16th, the man Benji Hannus drops the first installment in his new Ladders EP. The second part will drop in a couple months with some VIPs and remixes. Today, we premiere the title track from the collection, which is a drippy, focused, glitch composition with some real trippy energy.

Revelers at the big Tipper NOLA 4-night run will get a double dose of Secret Recipe this weekend. After tomorrow night's Tipitina's show (Friday, January 5th), the House of Blues in New Orleans, Louisiana will be absolutely flooded with psybass fans catching one of the most awe-inspiring lineups of young gun glitch gods assembled this side of the mighty Mississippi. Hannus heads up a field of talent that includes BogTroTTer, kLL sMTH, Detox Unit, and Frequent, and tickets are absolutely flying off the shelves. In fact, this little soiree co-presented by Envisioned Arts and Cosmic Synergy had to bump up to a bigger room to accommodate all the interest. Then on Sunday, Secret Recipe hits Church to close out the weekend. On January 17th, you can catch Benji in his natural habitat for the Ladders EP release party in in the Wormhole at The New Parish in Oakland, California with The Widdler and Psymbionic.
