In order to compensate for its massive growth, Essential Productions has decided to move its annual Resonance Music & Arts Festival to Legend Valley in Thornville, OH for its September 24-26 event.
Legend Valley (formerly known as Buckeye Lake Music Center) is just 30 minutes east of downtown Columbus, OH and has hosted the Grateful Dead, AC/DC, The Allman Brothers, as well as one of our favorite get-togethers which just tore threw the park this past weekend, The Werk Out Festival. The bigger location means more room for the burgeoning festival.
With the news of the venue change, also comes the addition of two nights of Papadosio. The live electronic hybrid has its roots in Ohio, and tops the festival once more. Joining Dosio are livetronica legends Ozric Tentacles, who have laid the groundwork for a lot of psychedelic music for the past four decades.
Papadosio and Ozric Tentacles join a bursting bill that includes Perpetual Groove's only festival of the summer, Nahko and Medicine for the People, Dopapod, TAUK, The Main Squeeze, Kaminanda, Vibe Street (with a live band set), and Dixon's Violin, among others.
In addition to 3-day general admission plus camping tickets at $130 (which is a steal), you can bump up to the 3-day VIP level for just $250, which includes preferred camping, limited edition pin and poster, and special sets, among other bonsues.
