Attention all San Franciscans and Bay Area bass-curious, Master of Emotion Random Rab will be making an appearance at The Independent this Saturday, September 10th, psytrance-turned-dubstep producer Torin Goodnight a.k.a. Bird of Prey and Auditory Canvas. Rab combines far-reaching styles of music into his whirlwind sound that is at times reflective ambience, and at others withering bass blasts. Goodnight began his career in the gurgling world of psytrance, but has recently flipped his oeuvre to a psychedelic blend of outer space oddness with organic dubstep undertones.
