Brooklyn-via-Boulder trio SAVOY will be supported at its annual Red Rocks appearance by Michal Menert Big Band. The live electronic trio will have to share the stage with the 20+ piece orchestra Michal Menert assembled from members of Snug Harbor, the Pretty Lights Music roster, and talented players from all over the country.
The Michal Menert Big Band made its debut at SONIC BLOOM back in June of last year, and then reappeared at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, CO the following November.
On April 25, Savoy brings its live electro-step sound to the hallowed amphitheater in Morrison, CO for another shot at headlining glory.
Along with the threesome comes its lauded laser show, of course, which has become legendary on its own. They'll light up the night sky near Denver once more, as the New York trifecta returns to its birthplace, just down the road from where Ben Ebert, Gray Smith, and Mike Kelly met as college students.
Backing up the big band is wildly popular remix artist Sound Remedy, who has toured relentlessly, and gained viral status through huge tracks and blog love.
Locals Bass Physics will round out the lineup for the early season Red Rocks date. The electro-soul duo pairs live instruments with hard-hitting, hip-hop beats.
Tickets are on-sale now.
