Remember back in 2006 when the radio was still playing juicy hip-hop cuts with a lot of bass, not über-popular tunes filled with unimpressive vocals and way too much influence from EDM? Well if you answered yes, than you obviously remember the huge anthem by Jibbs called “Chain Hang Low,” which contained a catchy chorus and some boisterous versus that could make anybody go wild.
Today we have a huge revamp of that song coming from
Crizzly & AFK, who turn the song into a dubstep banger ripefor today’s bass heads. The track opens up with bubbly synth lines layered over pulsating drum hits, which will have nostalgia quickly flowing through the minds of anyone tuned in. Eventually, the chorus from the original track pops in with those crazy little kids singing away, but are soon interrupted by a thunderous drop filled to the brim with relentless dub womps and coin collecting samples that fluctuate speed throughout.
Crizzly & AFK strike again on another huge track that fits perfectly with their eclectic style of Midwest crunkstep that is so appeasing to the ears.
