Australian producer Griff has always had the ability to scratch my very specific itch. Fans of Boards of Canada and Tycho will appreciate his electro-acoustic, ambient soundscapes that are more proggy than anything else.

Today's premiere, "Ghost" featuring Dersu Uzala, doesn't meander as much as it evolves--as much of the songs do on Unstuck In Time, which drops May 4 on Omelette Records. It's not overly cerebral or pretentious, by any means. I don't want to give that impression. It's just good music for getting lost.
