Feed Me has been abroad, of late, but that doesn't mean he's been in hibernation. Recently, he dropped a stunning mix on BBC 1 featuring mostly original work. There's just something different about his productions. Meticulous composition and a range of dynamics give him a technical edge most of his contemporaries lack. Whether it's sweeping piano melodies or razor-sharp techno synth passages, there's a dramatic precision to his production. Stepping out of his own catalog only for hits from Mr. Oizo and buddy Skrillex, the rest of the mix features originals, remixes (Awol Nation being a standout), and collabs like "Ebb & Flow" with Tasha Baxter. It's no secret Feed Me is a veteran producer, and like a fine wine, his work is becoming increasingly bold and getting better with age. Kudos, cheers, and drink up.
