Last Thursday, Charlie Darker dropped his new track, “Spike,” which throws in a hefty dose of that hard-hitting energy that we’ve come to know and love about his music. “Spike” certainly earns style points, bringing some serious synth and heavy rhythm that have become Darker hallmarks.
The 20-year-old Canadian sensation really put himself on the map with the release of his Atlantic / Pacific EP on Wolfgang Gartner’s Kindergarten Recordings, which was hailed a huge success by some of the game’s major players. Receiving increased support from fellow artists like Tiesto and Zedd, Darker continues to bring his signature grit and bass to the table— truly owning his recent successes.
