While on
IDentity Festival tour, West Coast bass supplier
Stephan Jacobs is giving fans a preview of his forthcoming eponymous release, due out in Fall 2012. "Wander Slow" is a brooding bass bubbler, pulsing with the sensual cries of Koza and some rather filthy wobble work. A dark and mysterious track, the tension builds over roaring synthlines and characteristically solid drum work. Vibrant and propulsive, Stephan Jacobs once again demonstrates the intensity of subtlety. Jacobs jumps back on the ID Fest in Mansfield, MA tomorrow, and will also be hitting a couple of dates with
Pretty Lights on his big Fall tour. Always a favorite from the Headtron collective, Jacobs has been prolifically releasing music and steadily gaining fans from coast to coast. As he spreads his influence across the country, he'll continue to produce in anticipation of the big release--and hopefully we get more Pizza Party tracks with
NiT GriT along the way.
