KOZWe've done our job, when the inspiration that moves us inspires others. Take, for example, The Untz Festival. We collected all our favorite underground bass acts in the same place, because they're the ones giving us hope in this crazy, topsy turvy industry.

Enter Albert Garcia. He took inspiration from this past year's festival, where he saw G-Space, ION, and the Lost Dogz, and took that motivation back to his own studio to his KOZ project.

Pronounced “cozy,” Garcia's sound is a hard-edged, rough and rugged sound I might compare to a Chark or Peloquin with metal influences, but there's definitely some Spicy Bois affectations in there. It's easy to hear how the sounds of the UNTZ really pushed and molded the KOZ sound.

What makes all the tough months of grinding out the festival preparation each year, is learning that the music that brings it all together perpetuates itself in fans.
