It is the dawn of an age of digital wizardry and in this modern era gadgets seem to surge in song, congealing in an amalgamation of buzzes, beeps and blips. The pulsing of machines and pounding of concrete and steel in symphonic collage power our world. J.Wail, armed with band, rises to the call of the sonic traffic controller, poised behind a palette of electronic devices with Telecaster, booming bass and live drums. The dance floor becomes the launch pad where the trio fuses live instrumentation with organic electronica propelling mind, soul and booty into the upper stratosphere of sound. In the resonance of music and technology, they meld the sounds of tomorrow with the power of now into a bumping, party anthem for modern mankind. J.Wail's enthusiasm and strong desire to share and spread his music has earned him a reputation as one of the hardest working artists in the touring industry. J Wail's tours have logged countless road miles and hundreds of shows performed on all corners of the continent. Stretching into the DJ-based dance sound with the approach of a live band J.WAIL creates "club-funk-rock" through innovative techniques using live guitar, bass, vocals, synthesizers, and live electronics. His ability to experiment and improvise nightly has led to several appearances and collaborations with some prominent musicians including jams with Michael Travis and Jason Hann (EOTO/String Cheese Incident), Dean Ween (Ween), Brock Butler (Perpetual Groove), Ekoostik Hookah, Tom Constanten (Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame, ex member of the Grateful Dead), Clay Parnell (Brothers Past/Biodiesal) and members of the Brazilian Girls. J Wail has performed on bills with national artists such as Bassnectar, Particle, Perpetual Groove, Ana Sia, Toubab Krewe, Boombox and DJ Le Spam & the Spam Allstars. . J.Wail's unique styles and techniques infuse the audience with a taste of something completely new and fresh.

** EP3 **

The intergalactic-space travelers EP3, have been hard at work over the past year. Touring throughout the Southeast and the Midwest, they have shared the stage with a number of well-known acts in the jam/electro/livetronica scene: Shpongle, Pretty Lights, Bassnector, Benga, Pnuma Trio, and many many more. With an eye towards cosmic exploration, EP3 is now poised to continue their hard-working efforts in the fall of 2010. The group's name is an abbreviation for “Eight Planets Past Pluto", which aids them in their exploration. Hailing from the cultural hotbed of Atlanta, GA they have taken a hold of new technologies and traditional improvisational elements to create a progressive & fresh take on livetronica. Ep3 is constantly expanding its road warrior ethic to hit new markets on each tour. The band has recently joined forces with Underlying Themes, a record label / promotion / production company making waves in the live-electronic music scene. EP3 is currently focused on playing as many shows as possible and creating improvisational flair that makes each night not only unique on stage, but a new exploration into the musical cosmos. Prepare to be abducted!!
