There’s not to many things in this world better than a bass blaring, absolutely free track. This is what jOBOT (Joe Wendt) provides us on his latest endeavor, which he crafted as a tribute to Burning Man 2012. So strap in for the ride of your life, close your eyes, and transport your mind to “The Playa.”

“The Shining Light” opens up with an endless supply of nostalgic synth waves, before introducing EVeryman’s quick paced lyrical weaponry and Wendt’s own emotive vocals to the equation. The two conjoining forces work together like a charm, creating a rugged chune that will have listener’s jumping up and down to the beat from start to finish. Bouncy instrumental sections serve as an ample breakpoint for the track’s addicting vocals, which allows bright snare hits and light dub womps to capture your undivided attention.

jOBOT takes his rampant style of mid tempo madness to a whole new level with the addition of his own vocal chords and some slick bars provided by EVeryman, and we’re loving every second of it.  Cop the free download, and exit the real world.
