As The Untz Festival nears, our excitement grows with every passing hour. One of the things we're most proud of with our second installment of the festival is how much we've energized our regional base. The closest big city to the tiny mountain hamlet of Mariposa, California is Fresno, where two local acts are hustling their way into the limelight.
Dusty Rogers, a.k.a. Spooked is a newcomer to our scene, but we know Jimmy Mosqueda well, because ION is on our festival roster! The two central valley producers collaborated on “Portals,” a twisted bass anthem that's right up our alley, and leaps and bounds Mosqueda has made in his production is evident even in the six months since we jumped on his bandwagon.
If you want to see ION, as well as other northern California favorites like Moniker, Shlump, Sayer, and Bipolar-Frequencies, as well as a metric fuckton of talent from all over the country, join us June 2-4 at the Mariposa Fairgrounds for an all out bass onslaught that just might become your annual favorite weekend of the year.
