FrequentStop whatever you're doing, augment your existence and dig into this Frequent minimix that’s just been unleashed to planet earth.

Featuring eight unreleased tracks of his own, this relentlessly next-level mix opens with a ???? - ??? (Frequent & Clockvice Remix) track ID which can easily be identified as CHEE’s phenomenal “Haze” off Darker Than Black.

Setting the bars of neuro debauchery at Himalayan elevations, the mix continues to evolve with Nolan Petruska's ever-present finesse, mellowing down to Kursa and kLL sMTH-esque hip-hop instrumentals with plenty of creative syncopations.

The Untz Festival Phase 1The remaining tracks obviously slay the sound design categories, with plenty of cool scratch-style wubs adding a more playful element to Frequent’s music which might at times get too intensely (in a good way) serious, i.e. “Dream Recall.”

Over the 22 minutes of this mix, Frequent downscales much that is dear about the UPSCALE sound and presents it in the form of music you’d want to stoke yourself out to in time for festival season.

On that note, hearing what Frequent and his label has produced this year, it’s no exaggeration to say that we have a trendsetter in the house, and we cannot wait to hear what his live set at The Untz Festival 2018 will entail. He joins the aforementioned kLL sMTH, Chee, Moniker, and other halftime experimenters June 1-3 in Mariposa, California.
