If you write your own electronic music and dream for the opportunity to perform at the nations premier electronic music camping event, SONIC BLOOM, now is your chance. The producers of Sonic Bloom and TheUntz.com have joined together with SoundCloud technology for a one-month music contest leading up to the camping event taking place at the Mishawaka Amphitheater in Fort Collins, CO on June 25th - June 27th, 2010.

The Details:
Win a chance to play on the "party bus" shuttling folks to and from the festival site. We are giving away 3 slots to DJ on the busses leading up to the event.   The submission period begins on May 18th and will run through June 5th. The top 5 tracks as chosen by Sonic Bloom and TheUntz administration, will be placed on-line at www.theuntz.com for public vote.
 
The Winner will be announced June 15th.
 
Rules & Restrictions:
1. You must write your own beats and produce your own material. Limited use of samples is acceptable, however the most points will be given for originality in compositions and style.
 
2. Both instrumental and non-instrumental tracks will be considered, there is no limit to your creativity.
 
3. You can only submit ONE track for consideration. If you try and submit more then 1 track, only the first submission will be considered for the contest.
 
4. All file formats will be accepted including, AIFF, WAV, FLAC, MP3, and AAC.
 
5. All material must be submitted directly through the SoundCloud dropbox on The Untz or at soundcloud.com/djatsonicbloom.  Just click the Send me your track button below.

6. On June 5th, 5 tracks will be placed on-line at www.theuntz.com for public vote. The track with the most votes by June 15th will be announced as the winner. Be sure to encourage your friends and on-line network to vote!!
 
 7. You must make your own travel arrangements to the Sonic Bloom Festival site for the performance. If you cannot provide your own transportation to the event, the next place winner will be chosen.
 
The contest winner will also receive two 3-day festival tickets to enjoy the 3-day camping event at the beautiful Mishawaka Amphitheater in Fort Collins, CO.
 
SoundCloud Drop Box submissions begin Tues May 18th and end Wednesday June 2nd.
