DMVU just can't stop.

Flux Pavilion and Doctor P's label has been getting a boatload of tunes from Matthew Philpott-Jones, who has quickly risen through the ranks of the label's roster through high-powered production and relentles touring. Today, DMVU gives back to his fans.

Meet “Gucci Banana,” a fun-loving free-for-all romp through the twisted speakers of Philpott-Jones. Fans of his summer anthem “Blocc'd” will recognize those wonky high filters riding liquidy wubs through a couple balls-to-the-wall drops. DMVU is just having fun at this point. Far from being done, Circus assures us than EP is imminent, so we're getting mighty pumped for the next slew of Philpott-Jones output.

On Thursday, DMVU resumes his role on Yheti's Far From The Tree tour alongside Toadface at R2 in Charlottesville, Virginia. A presentation of The Untz Festival, this show brings together one of the hottest tours on the road this fall with rising talent from central Virginia, which includes Saturate Records' Ethan Glass, Wormhole Music Group's be.IN, and more.

This showcase is a joint partnership with The Bassment, a rising crew in the mid-Atlantic most famous for doing the 3-night Big Bang! in Hampton, Virginia with Boogie T, LUZCID, Champagne Drip, DIGITAL ETHOS, and more earlier this month. These guys know how to shine the line on DMVU and the rest of this lineup. Tickets are going fast.
