Over the last couple months, Canadian dubstep duo Adventure Club have been dishing out a bunch of stems to their new tracks, and letting some up-and-comers take a crack at them. The result: a grip of mind blowing remixes from artists like CRNKN, Candyland, The Killabits, and Kannamix, who have infused their own unique sounds into these already impressive tunes, and created something fresh.
 
So it comes as no surprise that we have another thunderous remix of a recent Adventure Club track, and this time from Los Angeles based dub head Protohype (Max Pote). “Need Your Heart” is a venomous anthem from a bright young producer who can do no wrong, as he whips up a fresh batch of rambunctious instrumentations to adequately regale the ears of those listeners out there that like it heavy. Emotive synths and tantalizing vocal progressions pave the way towards the drop, which ranges from dubbed out, to trapped out, to straight all out. The songs impeccable fluctuation and rapid genre changing truly sets it apart, while establishing Pote as a producer who likes a challenge.
 
Protohype goes hard on another thrilling track that will have listener’s pressing repeat like it was the only song they knew. Pote will be unleashing a free tune every Monday for the next month, so we on the lookout, and for those about to dub hop, we salute you.
