It's been nearly a year since we last premiered a track from SAAS, the Phoenix-based trio of Albert “KOZ” Garcia, Stephen Tutelo, and Sean Cara. Going deep underground to wait out the pandemic, the guys have been in the lab honing their craft and switching up their sound.

Where there was frenetic energy in previous releases, that vibe has been focused into a more digestible, wavy frequency with their latest tune. “When It Rains” shows a softer side of the guys, and demonstrates that it's not all production techniques with SAAS, there's some pop mindframe, as well.

Garcia, Tutelo, and Cara have made it clear that wowing our fans and playing the festival are top priorities for them in the future, so let's keep watching them build their arsenal so we know when to put them out onto the field.
