Detroit has held an important spot in the music industry since the legendary soulful sounds of Motown flooded the streets.
Detroit’s sound still reigns true to its ground-breaking, groovy Motown roots, but now its bringing out local artists to showcase their music in genres ranging from hip-hop to electronic and techno.
Motor City Art Machine, a free community of artists and art lovers, is teaming up with The Majestic Detroit, The Untz, Bassdrop Clothing, My Best Friends Party, Festival Family, and Young Heavy Souls, a Detroit-based record label and artist collective, to bring the ruckus to the Magic Stick in Detroit on Saturday, July 26.
The throwdown features MartyParty, an Untz-fave who also happens to be a member of PANTyRAiD.
Attak, Maci Delaghetto, and Trill Clinton, among more, join MartyParty for an awesome night of music in the Motor City.
Bassdrop Clothing will be vending at the event, and plenty of live art will be there, courtesy of Motor City Art Machine, to complete the event.
Remember that this event is 18+, and tickets are only $10!
