East coast bass producer Charlie Quigley has amassed a rabid following in a short amount of time through is experimental fusion of minimal dubstep and west coast bass elements into a roiling, boiling cauldron of black metal screams and distorted 8-bit gasps of a dying Commodore 64.

From the wreckage of a smoldering mess of circuits and frayed wires, beauty emerges, like the latest offering, “Into the Void,” which dropped a few minutes ago as part of Aspire Higher's weekly Tuesday tune drop. The gorgeous cacophony and subtleties of this track give fans on the left coast reason to raise their eyebrows. Yeah, this dude's for real, and he's gunning for us June 2-4 in Mariposa, California.
