~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~DAVID JONES~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
David Jones’ name has become such a seal of quality that Armin Van Buuren’s label Armada have asked him to mix a compilation for the beginning of the year: 15 Funky House Tunes - Selected by David Jones. He also selected and mixed the compilation for Miami 2012 for Azuli; the most important compilation of the year for one of the most historical house brands.
This compilation reached the No.1 position in the house album chart on Beatport and the top 10 in dance albums on Itunes UK.
His first single on Azuli reached No.1 in terms of sales, and just few weeks later “E Samba” went to also hit No.1.
2013 has just begun and there are already collaborations in the works with Djs and notable artists like: Ron Carrol, Juliet (singer from “Goodluck”, No.1 pop band in South Africa) and Robbie Rivera to name but a few.
Even in the first few weeks of the year, Beatport’s house chart already features a few tracks by David Jones. He is in the Top 5 for “Rhythm Alive” and the remix for TUJAMO - “Whoomp (There It Is)”, and is in the Top 10 with his remix of “Whisty” on the Starlight label.
Today David is being requested both by the clubs where he has played in the past and also by new ones all over the world. A tour in Brazil and two tours in USA are works in progress.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~DVBBS~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

These Canadian brothers are a dance-duo who combine the genres of electro, house, reggae, rap, and pop in an all-encompassing hybrid that is not only perfect for clubs but it also reaches the top of the charts. Uniquely, DVBBS’ musical efforts are performed live as Alex sings and Chris drums, however they also perform in an engaging and energetic DJ set.

DVBBS are Toronto-based multi-instrumentalists with an insatiable appetite for the DJ culture. Their first release in March 2012, Initio, is roughly translated to mean “in the beginning” which has truly developed into their mantra. “For DVBBS this is just the beginning. Initio has become our calling card.”

DVBBS’ inspired debut single, “DRVGS,” made waves and raves from the moment the single dropped in the spring. Since then DVBBS has had a momentous year packed with an explosion of live dates and North American festival performances supporting top artists and DJ’s such as Deadmau5, LMFAO, Calvin Harris, Rusko, Eric Prydz, Dada Life, Borgore, Adventure Club, Dragonette, Steve Aoki, Far East Movement, and Carnage.

DVBBS’ newest release, “We Know,” is a remarkable collaborative effort with Swanky Tunes and Eitro packed with powerful vocals and an escalating buildup followed by a much-anticipated beat drop that makes crowds wild.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~HOT MOUTH~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Los Angeles based DJ & Producer ‘Hot Mouth’, also known as Jon Pegnato, is one of dance music’s newest and unique additions. Funky, Techy, Dark, Happy, and Fun, are just some ways to describe his style of House. Driven by the energy of a happy crowd and smiling ears, Jon’s sets and productions aim to please his listeners. Long builds, infectious grooves, and clever baselines… Hello! His goal as an artist has always been to push the boundaries of what’s cool and what’s not coot (yet).
Formed in 2009, Hot Mouth was a project made to be creatively free of genre borders and to be an outlet to do and make what ever he wanted. The name ‘Hot Mouth’ means nothing, as it shouldn’t…the name was choose because ‘Deadmau5’ & ‘Skrillex’ were already taken. The music means everything.
As former 1/2 of LA Riots, Jon has remixed for some of the world’s biggest pop and dance artists, from Lady Gaga to Tiesto, to Steve Aoki. As LA Riots, Jon played around the world, rocking crowds at festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra, & Lollapalooza, as well as played some of the worlds biggest night clubs. In addition to being voted by Beatport as one of 2011’s top artists to look out for, the group was also nominated in 2012 as American’s top DJ. Over the years Jon’s music has gained successful notoriety, with millions of youtube plays, support BBC’s Radio 1, and support from top DJs around the world.
2012 was cool, but 2013 will be even cooler.
